Re:Dive Buddy List - Deep Blue - 03-17-2003

NAME: Gert Grohmann
LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI

CERT(S): Advanced trimix (TDI)
Instructor(PADI/SDI) for 4yrs.
I teach a lot of specialties for PADI
I also teach TDI classes through Deco Procedures

Number of SCUBA dives- 2,342.5 (I had to cut a couple short) Wink

Number of freedives- Dive without all of my stuff, are you nuts????

I love almost everything about diving in Wisconsin, I particularly enjoy wreck diving and my summer weekend camping trips to Lake Wazee in Black River Falls.

I do a lot of teaching during the year and have just opened my own shop in Milwaukee (more on that under dive shop events). My personal diving leans toward the technical side of things, ie. deep, dark and penetration diving.

You can sum up my personal dive style as follows, "safety aboveall else" This will explain some of my strong opinions on equipment and techniques.

Re:Dive Buddy List - Paul Cichanofsky - 03-21-2003

NAME: Paul Cichanofsky
LOCATION: Madison, WI
CERTS: PADI through Rescue diver
TDI through Deco Procedures
Drysuit
#DIVES: ~75

I dive as often as I can within the limitations of my schedule. That means a lot of local diving around Madison and fairly regular fun dives at Devil's lake. I really like the big Lakes and try to do that as frequently as posssible - usually two or three weekends a summer. I also like Wazee and usually can get there a few times. The drysuit thing is pretty new for me and I look forward to it helping me dive a lot more through the year.
