mooring on Walter B Allen? - eric poggemann - 09-19-2010
There was a post about a month ago that stated; All the "illegal" moorings were removed from Sheboygan to Port Washington. Does anyone know if a surface mooring remains on the Walter B Allen? We would like to dive the site, but not really interested in trying to hook the wreck due to the possibility of damaging her.
