Someone was diving off of a small fishing boat in the inner harbor - near Milwaukee Sail Loft (used to be Rip Tide restaurant) on Sunday, 9/18. I wonder what they were looking for? I can't imagine there's much more than mud down there. Maybe a few old shopping carts.
