Chad Galles, Appleton, WI. - schalge - 11-03-2011
Chad passed away Saturday, October 29th, 2011 while diving at Mermet Springs, IL.
His Obit. stated that the cause of death was a sudden heart attack.
Chad was gentleman and was liked by all who
met him. He will be greatly missed by those who knew him.
Chad was a Dive Master with the Divers Realm Shop in Appleton.
