Pumpkin Dive 2005 - schultz - 10-28-2005
Not much of a dive given the 4-5 foot vis, but, our club did manage to to get on the local ABC affiliate, WKOW Channel 27 last night. We had a huge turn out of about 20 divers. With some terrific (a bit chilly, but at least sunny) weather, a decent crowd of spectators, club members carved about 10 pumpkins, and then dove a little around the Memorial Union mooring field in Lake Mendota picking up the assorted cell phones, wallets and other trash that sailors drop in the area.
