The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, announced May 31st a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. ()



If you have one of these swivels (pictured below) you might want to consider looking into the recall.

I have just a swivel that looks  like it. The brand is trident.  Manufactures distribute it under many names.My dive shop sayes it is safe to use. Any thoughts?

If you don't need it (why would you?) don't use it. I'm not going to throw the whole "DIR thing" at you but why add another possible failure point to your primary reg?
