I dropped them when I was talked down to by a service rep on the phone.  Also had lots of reception problems as well.  My wife couldn't get a signal at all at work (in Juneau, WI).

I've heard similar complaints about AT&T.  We used to have US Cellular for work, and it worked well for us service techs even in the sticks.  Because my company is nation wide, we were forced kicking and screaming to switch to Nextel.  I like the phone better, but service is horrible in the sticks.  Sometimes spotty in buildings even in Madison.
