VR 3 batteries
I think VR Technologies recommends a "Saft" brand 3.6 v lithium battery for the VR 3's, with the option to use a regular AA battery if needed. What are you VR 3 owners using for batteries? How long are they lasting?

Re: VR 3 batteries
I use Saft batteries and they last a couple of months with heavy dive use. The cold water gets them faster. I always have a spare along.

Re: VR 3 batteries
Saft's are what most people use. Brian's right, heavy dive use, 3-4 months. If you use regular alkalines, you'll be burning through batteries left and right.
Honestly, I'd be willing to experiment with some of the industrial grade alkalines available at places like Radio Shack, Batteries Plus, McMaster Carr, etc. Or even try out Litium batteries.

Re: VR 3 batteries
I won't actually be using a VR computer. The battery will be powering a cell display, so won't be using nearly as much power as a computer would. I may see what Radio Shack has in stock. Thanks for the help guys!
