Racine Quarry State Park

Has anyone heard if the state of Wisconsin will clean up the polluted Racine Quarry?  It is disappointing that at one time this quarry was a reasonable dive spot in the mid west.

With the current state budget projecting a shortage of many, many million dollars, I'm sure Racine Quarry is at the top of the list of areas to clean up.  I'd try the slightly larger body of water to the east.
