If you buy the ladder you may have incentive to save for the boat ;D. In the mean time you can leave it in the living room as an interesting conversation piece.

No need to keep an eye out. I know right where they are. I'm hoping to get them tonight from him. The ladders to big to sit next to my bed for the reading lamp. Maybe I'll have to buy a bigger boat just so I can make use of the ladder.
