Recently PST has said that they are in the middle of filing the renewal of the exemption paper work. Your tanks should be safe for another year. That said, for anyone that's interested I'll sell my 130's (Highland bands, Sea Elite 300 BAR manifold) for $800 >........

No, actually it is a pretty good deal.  The bands are around $130, MSRP on the tanks is now over $400 each, but you may be able to get them for a bit less.  The manifold is at least $150 from various online sources.
