Orlando 2009 villa/condo question

We are going to WDW in Oct 2009. I am hearing on some forums a villa/condo would be the best value for 6 people. 
Anyone know of one they have used ?
There are just so many of them.

...Gail...I've taken my daughter on several Disney's cruises over the years & stayed at the properties in Orlando as part of the trips. Everthing associated with Disney is first class. Whatever you  decided on you're not going to be disappointed....Dave....

We take the family to Orlando every couple of years we've stayed at Orbit One Vacation Villas several times; . It is an ok place to stay. We have also stayed at Parkway International, which was very nice, and we've heard Bryan's Spanish Cove is nice but we've never stayed there. all are real close to disney world. travel tip RENT A CAR!!!!!!! the is little to no public transportation in the orlando area, and taxis are a rip off. for what it cost to take a taxi to and from the airport one could rent a car for the week.
