Tongue electrodes anyone?

I saw this article today on the Milwaukee Journal/Sentinel website, regarding research into helping folks who have dizziness problems, as well as helping Navy divers in limited visibility.....but the tongue electrode thing really got my attention!

Hook me up to the electrodes and turn on the juice. Had an inner ear infection that affected my balance once. It was very disorienting.

Something like this would be a help if you needed it.
