Dive Charter Houseboat business partners?

I am in the process of slowly clearing things out and planning to sell my lake property in the future, invest in a beautiful 4 stateroom houseboat, develop a crew of good people, have Dive Instructors (I should be there in the not too distant future) and live and work off the boat.

Anybody with funds interested in discussing the possibilities, feel free to touch base!
