Pinnacle X-treme wetsuit problems

I purchased an x-treme for Xmas, dove Pearl on opening weekend and the zipper separated from the neoprene. The shop I went through was on site and said they would return the suit, they have been very gracious through this. The " BRAND NEW" suit sent from pinnacle , showed the same problem BEFORE I even left the store. Has any one else had problems with the X-treme?

I have a pinnacle evolution dry that I have had no issues with, I also have a wet hood and my wife has wet gloves with no known issues. I have been very happy with there products soo far.
