Devil's Lake skinned yesterday.  Surface is very smooth, could see into the water, looked very clear.  Saw a 12 point buck on the way down hill, was kicking myself for not having a camera handy, it would have been a postcard picture.  Also would have looked great on my wall >.

Sunday, I get to do a Ice/Recovery dive.  Get to help someone recover a vehicle.  I plan to video the event.  Will post the story and link to video next week.

  Funny this should come up,  My friend and I were talking about an ice dive on Wazee just yesterday.  We thought it would be cool to see some of the cribs when the viz is good. I do have a chain saw that I'm not really afraid to use for a hole. As mentioned is the rest of the crew, any vict..... volunteers?

We're thinking about possibly next weekend (Saturday?) depending on the ice conditions. It will probably be at Red Granite though as it's a central location for most of us, and they have good food close by ;D. I have a chainsaw and a big steel pry bar if needed as well. Anyone with an ice cert is welcome.

Right now the forecast is calling for a high of 12 degs on Saturday.  I'll bet it will change but damn, this is early for that crap....
