Re: Wazee diving Oct. 31
I would say 20 feet down to about 50 and 15 feet down to 75 (deepest depth of the day).  This was yesterday.  Water temp was 48 at the surface and 38 at 75 feet.

Sounds like visibility is alot worse since all of the construction in the area. Probably due to run off from all of the changes. It's sad but I think we can cross of another dive site.

What construction are they doing up there?  I haven't been able to get up there this year.  Maybe it's just the lake turning over?

and here I had some of the best viz there this year.  It seems to change from month to month but we had 50'+ on the north shore above the themocline...I could see my dive flag with the rope completely extended.

Sorry, I was getting the Wazee thread mixed up a Red Granite thread I was looking at. I apologize. We're heading up to Wazee this coming weekend for both days.

Re: Wazee diving Oct. 31
I was there last Sat. and dove on the westside w/the blacktop down to the water. Vis. was down, maybe 15-20ft max did improve as I descended. My max depth was 190ft and still not all that great but better.
It was very over cast so that might have had something to do with it.
