PST News
I talked to a PST employee this evening. "Official" plans (as told to the employees) are for the company to move in April to the former "Tower Automotive" plant (the old A.O. Smith) on 35th and Capitol Drive. He said that they are currently trying to make as many scuba tanks as possible to help fill the gap when they shut down for the move. According to him they have been making scuba tanks all along (I wonder where they are going???). Watch for more details in the Journal/Sentinel.

Re:PST News
I'm sure they have been making tanks, just not the size most technical divers want in large quanties. I have been waiting on 24 130's for a long time now. I have been promised this month, but thats the story every month. My date went from the 7th to the 14 to now by the 21st > And to add to it 130's are going up 20-30 per cylinder. No one is going to be able to but a set of these togethor for less then a grand.
Oh well, at least my job is not hand stamping every letter on the tanks. |
