Re: Bahamas
We see some moray eels and hogfish. Really nice conditions. I wonder what this eel tangled with that gave it such a scar. Life is rough in the ocean.

Re: Bahamas
We saled south to Orange Cay and dive sites such as Space Mountan. Nice conditions in the south and we continued to enjoy our dives. Really like the Gray Angelfish in this area. There were many great sightings of this fish. The truncates were very interesting to see. They look lovely under the conditions of the reef.

Re: Bahamas
On the third day the quality of the diving really got good with dives at Grade A and Grouper Grounds. I enjoyed this hamlet at these sites.
A night dive a doughnut had a great encounter with a hawkesbill turtle. This was a super night dive. |

Schools of fish were the norm. I liked the truncates.

Re: Bahamas
After messing with the sharks and other good dives it was time to go to Bimini. We atelobster and pork chops and cruised the town. Plenty to explore in Bimini, especailly the bars.
Here Megan has found a little freind. |

Re: Bahamas
Here is the Sea Explorer at Weechs. With the move to Freeport, how often will Blackbeards make it to Bimini in the future? An ere is passing.
Had to get a picture of the tiles in the old swimming pool at the south end of Bimini. This marks the site of another era that has long disappeared. |
