We were at DL on Sunday also, and saw the same very social black-faced bass. We called it Harvey two-face. The fish on the N. Shore seem to be extra curious and playful this year. They swooped in as soon as we moved some small stones, and of course were looking for a snack.
With me was a new OW diver, who really enjoyed the site, with all the bass, blue-gill, and also boulders to swim around. It was a good day diving. It would be fun to see how many times we can go back there and see the same black-faced bass. |
