The weather was less than fair that day - kinda foggy. Not sure what the visibility was, but that could very well have been part of the problem. We were just trying to find it running patterns with GPS, our own marker buoys and our depth sounders. We ran patterns for quite a few hours with no hits and eventually we had to give up as our fuel was getting to the point where we had to head home. So it was a diveless day, but we got a lot of practice trying to find a wreck.

It made finding the wrecks up in Munising a cinch when we went up there before they were buoyed
