Who is doing what for a New Years Day Dive?

I dove the outlet this morning and it was pretty disappointing.

There's no warm water coming out of the pipe right now so that means there's no reason for the fish to hang out there. I swam out to the edge of the ice and dove there looking for anything alive, but no luck.

Water temps hovered at 36 degrees no matter where I was and vis was 15'-25'. If you want to have a swim in clam water to look at sand it might be OK, but there's no musky to play with like I had the last 3 New Year's Day's that I dove there.
