I might pay $75 if it wasn't yellow. If it WAS yellow I might take $75 from the owner to get rid of it for him ;D. New ones can be found for under $150.
As for the remarks about 10 year or older cylinders :  , I'll take a few for $25 if anyone wants to sell them.
