Guillermo de Anda, archaeology professor from Universidad Autonoma de Yucatan, will be in Madison giving a FREE public lecture on our discoveries in the cenotes surrounding Merida and our recent documentations at Chichen Itza. The presentation is Tuesday, April 20th, at the Wisconsin Historical Society Auditorium, 816 State Street, Madison. A catered reception will be held from 6:30-7:00 PM and the lecture will start at 7:00 PM. Hope to see you all there!

Please note that the lecture, “Diving the Maya Underworld,” originally scheduled for the Wisconsin Historical Society this coming Tuesday evening, April 20th, has been moved to the Memorial Union’s Old Madison Room and will begin at 7:00 p.m., not 6:30. All other information remains the same.

FYI- The Old Madison Room is on the 3rd floor of Memorial Union.
We'll probably grab a beer afterwards in the Rathskeller and then head over to Big Ten Pub for a bit more socializing later in the evening.  Hope to see you all there.
