It is warm and stretchy.

cost $12.50 (It will cost me more to ship these hats.)

Ending date for these will be Dec. 12. Can't promise they will be ready for Christmas. (mail ya know)

As well as the Rochester Wide bands stick, I like to leave them on until it is absolutely necessary to remove them.... :'(
